THE GASTROLABE
Planetary Carousel of Conviviality
51 guests. One revolving table. 14 floors above London.
Bompas & Parr invites you to the first night of dining in motion at Space House.
The Gastrolabe brings 51 guests together around one table formed of three revolving sections. Over the course of a two-hour dinner, you, your food and your place setting will travel through the room.
As the table turns, familiar company moves away, new faces come into view and the 360-degree panorama of London changes around you. A fixed seating plan becomes a constantly shifting social encounter.
Inspired by the astrolabe, the instrument once used to chart the heavens, The Gastrolabe brings together gastronomy, astronomy, music, physics, planetary science and sacred geometry, exploring our place within a much larger cosmos.
Each ticket includes a three-course meal, immersive art and panoramic views across London. Bespoke drinks and an optional wine pairing will are also available.
